You are ready to eat. No burned fingers because you have used the cozy as a shield from the hot bowl! Pellon makes the Wrap N Zap interfacing which makes it microwave-safe. Pellon recommends “use in 2 minute intervals…for a maximum of 8 minute. Wrap N Zap is designed for microwave use, not oven use.”
Size: This Teal Yellow Microwave Cozy will fit a typical soup or cereal bowl and larger. I have found these cozies to hold much larger bowls quite satisfactorily. Base is 4″-4 1/2″; top diameter is 8″-9″.
Washing: When washing is needed, simply toss in washer on Gentle Cycle OR hand wash and let air dry on back of bowl to retain its shape. Proudly made in the Granger, Indiana (not China).
