DOWNTON ABBEY Trolley Sleeve Bag is a new category of Shoulder Bags I am making which includes a horizontal panel on one side that easily drops over your luggage handle when it is raised. If the fabric is a specific pattern, I will do my best to make the panel print match up very closely with the handbag print under it, (as in this photo) so that you can also carry it as your everyday shoulder bag without drawing attention to the fact it also serves as a over-the-handle suitcase bag.
