About Handbags

About Sizes and Styles:

To view a comparison of sizes and styles, visit our Styles page.

About Fabric and Construction:

It takes 7-12 hours to make each handbag*.  Each one uses $20-$35 worth of high quality fabric and accessories such as zippers, magnetic clasps, metal feet, buckles, lobster clasps, adjustable extenders, three types of facings and innerfacings.  Daily I shop for superior quality fabrics and accessories such as the zippers, strap swivel clasps, sliders, metal feet and magnetic closure clasps. I want your handbag to look and function great 2-3 years from now.

Trends:

Keeping up-to-date re styles, color and fabric trends is important too.   Fashioners suggest crossbodies are now in, so most of the 2017 handbags I’ve created this year are crossbodies.  Vogue says denims are more popular than ever, so several of the new bags include denim, which makes them delightfully versatile.

About Shipping:

Shipping costs me between $6.80 and $11.90, I charge a flat rate of $5.

About Cleaning:

Handbags are all machine washable, gentle cycle and detergent (to best preserve color).  Should be air-dried (not machine dried), shaping from time to time with your hands to help the interfaces reshape to original.

Made in the USA:

If you appreciate quality, workmanship, beauty, and you value items made in the USA (not China or Taiwan (like Vera bags), you will enjoy my handbags.
